ParentSquare
ParentSquare is Mayfield’s main school-to-home communication platform. Parents and guardians can expect to receive and send important information on a daily basis through ParentSquare.
Parents and guardians can register for ParentSquare by using the email and phone number on file with the district. You will automatically be linked to your child.

SchoolTool
Mayfield Central School District uses an all-in-one student information software is designed to meet the unique needs of schools in New York State. SchoolTool is a convenient, user-friendly platform where parents and guardians can check grades, see class schedules and attendance, communicate with teachers, access their student’s records, and more.

What does this mean for Mayfield families?
SchoolTool has replaced eSchool as Mayfield’s Parent Portal.
What are the next steps for parents or guardians?
All parents or guardians with students enrolled in the Mayfield Central School District will receive a welcome email from SchoolTool. This email will contain a registration link and a randomly generated password for initial registration. After initial registration, parents and guardians will be prompted to change their password.
How do students access SchoolTool?
All students will be able to sign in to SchoolTool with their Mayfield-issued Google sign-in. A password will not be required.
Does SchoolTool offer a mobile app?
Yes! This is another convenient feature of SchoolTool. Once initial registration is completed, download the SchoolTool Mobile App by Mindex Technologies, Inc. on a smartphone.

What if I do not receive my welcome email or need help registering?
Parents and guardians are encouraged to check their spam or junk folders if they do not receive the welcome email in their inbox. Any further questions or concerns about registering with SchoolTool, please email us for help.
Once registered, if parents or guardians find issues with their student/s information, they should contact the district’s Counseling Center at 518-661-8213.

My Ride K-12
Mayfield Central School District has partnered with My Ride K-12, a user-friendly mobile app that allows parents and guardians to access their own secure data for bus stop locations, routes, and pickup times at the touch of a button.
Parents and guardians can enjoy peace of mind by tracking bus locations right on their phones, and are in the loop with instant notifications on delays, bus number or route changes, and arrival times.
To register, visit My Ride K-12.
Parents and guardians can register for My Ride K-12 by entering an email address, a password, and name, and then entering the Student ID number found on the Student ID Card issued by the district.
