Students in the Arts in Business Pathway had the opportunity to meet with digital graphic designer Jay VanHoesen of Glove City Graphics. Students were able to ask him questions about all aspects of his career, including what inspires his work and product offerings and how he got his business off the ground.
The Arts in Business Pathway at Mayfield Junior-Senior High School is a four-year program that includes career-themed courses that are aligned with the needs of the workforce. Students get experiential, real-world opportunities, including interactive sessions with professionals working in arts-related fields.
